“To our dismay, unfortunately breakfast was not included. the staff was welcoming and the parking was ok. however, it was slightly noisy.”

“I love that the Hayes mansion is so close to everything you need to get to in the Bay Area. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is very enjoyable. Perfect for laying out in the sun. Stuff is delightful, and I love the history behind this mansion!”

“The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The gentleman managing the property was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before our conference was over, and he kindly let us leave our car parked there for the rest of the day at no extra charge—and we didn’t even have to move it. I highly recommend this place to stay. It was about half the price of most other hotels in the area, yet the rooms were twice as large. Most importantly, they were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.”

“The front desk does not stay open as long as they say. Their recording says they are open until 10, but--despite calling and leaving a message about what time we would arrive--the front desk was dark and locked when we arrived at 8:45 pm. We sat on the sidewalk wondering what to do before deciding to call the "emergency" number. Then the person on the phone directed us to the lock box via the phone and helped us get in the room. It would have been nice to recieve a message about procedure ahead...

“Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...
