“Wonderful Vacation! We were looking for a special place to take our boys, 9 and 14, on a break to connect with nature. This beautiful cabin has amazing sunset views that are different every night, abundant wildlife life that you can spot daily, and so many opportunities to connect with nature nearby with trails, springs, kayaking, and more. Kathy was a great host and we can't wait to go back to create new family memories in this beautiful spot.”

“Coming to La Casa Azule was supposed to be an anniversary celebration. Unfortunately due to our jobs, my fiancée wasn't able to come. He didn't want me to miss out on this because i had never stayed in the woods, in a cabin, with just me and nature. Long story short, Sol, the owner and operator was tve most amazing woman I had ever met. The experience was one, for the rest of my life I will cherish, and coming home without any feeling's accept complete happiness and ready to do some much needed...

“The house was spotless and the property so beautiful! We saw horses, armadillos, a gator, a gopher tortoise, and many birds and butterflies. Plus, several of the flowering trees were in bloom! The gameroom was a hit - we would definitely stay there again!”

“We had such a wonderful time. It was clean and spacious. The only thing I would note that needs work is the pluming. The shower wouldnt drain properly and had to wait a while for it to go down. But overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!”

“Had a great time at Chris's cottage! Everything went smoothly from the reservation on. Got some beautiful shots of the sunset from the bench in front of the cottage. What a view!! Very clean, and well supplied, had everything we needed. We went to Silver Glen 1 day and Salt Springs the next. Also took a dip in the lake, and enjoyed the pool. ”

“The road leading to the house is very bumpy, but don’t let that fool you. The house is very nice. As soon as we walked in, I felt completely at home. Much better than a hotel/motel. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. There is a Dollar General close by, in case you need any supplies. We went to the Hawthorne Cafe for breakfast. Very nice people and good food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this location. I highly recommend it.”
