The property is two miles away from good seafood restaurant and steak restaurant. Three miles away from a big grocery store.
*Ideal location to stay if you are looking forward to go fishing for the weekend.
3 miles of beautiful Dunns Creek to get to Crescent Lake !
3 miles of Beautiful Dunn’s Creek to get to St John’s River !
25 miles to Lake George by water !

Fish camp perfection! This place had everything needed to relax and enjoy life. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen as well as everything and more out on the “breezeway”. The owner was super friendly, quick to respond, answer questions and made himself available to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back!

William has an awesome place on the Canal off of Dunns Creek. There was four of us. The house was perfect for us, lots of room. We fished off the back deck/ dock. We also rented a pontoon boat from Georgia Boys ( probably not a mile by car) and fished the St John’s River. We parked our rented boat at the dock. Just step out onto the dock . If you are looking for convenience , this is the place for you. We cooked all of our meals at home. The rental has everything you need for cooking and a great stay. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Beds were comfortable , Huge TV , we didn’t use the game room . Washer and Dryer was really a plus. Just Amazing!!!!

Quiet Place to Stay and Fish

What more could you ask for if you are a fisherman. Great place to stay to fish near the St. John's River. Stayed here twice now and will continue to do so if coming to fish the river.

A If you are looking for a very clean nice quiet place this is the spot. Highly recommended for the fisherman or just a nice vacation getaway.

Great Fishing - Great Location

Recently spent a great week fishing Dunn’s Creek, Lake Crescent, and the St. John’s river. The home is as listed, and reflected by the site’s pictures. It is truly set-up for you to bring your boat, enjoy the back deck and all the extra amenities. William was in touch with us throughout the process when we needed anything and is a great host!!! What a fantastic place to stay. Perfectly located for everything we had planned for our vacation.

The house has everything we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable. The fishing right out the backdoor was perfect . The baby alligators was an extra bonus. We will definitely come back to stay again. Thank you William for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Need to keep this a Secret!

What a fabulous fishing community. This was one of the best getaways! We fished and fished even though the wind did not cooperate. The amenities here were spot on and we couldn't have asked for a nicer and well stocked place to stay. We will be back and we need to keep this a secret so it won't fill up!

Great place to stay on the water.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Nice place right on the water. The back porch/dock is very relaxing. William is a very nice guy that's easy to deal with. We will definitely book here again in the future.

Looking forward to the next visit

Property was clean and very well stocked. We had six people and everyone was comfortable. The dock was great. The weather did not cooperate but we still managed to catch a lot of fish.
