Appartamenti a Sattel

“L’appartamento non era stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo, la mancanza in cucina della lavastoviglie si è fatta sentire durante il soggiorno, come anche la scomodità dei condizionatori vetusti e rumorosi, in ultimo anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che sono state portate (perché mancanti ) solamente il secondo giorno di permanenza anche dopo insistente sollecito. ”

“Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. “I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd...

“Ottima pozione, locali puliti, tranquilli. Eccezionale, un peccato andarsene”

During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

“The property was really clean, decent size for 3 people, with two fans provided which was very helpful, very near to the bus stop and checkin process was smooth. They were nice to keep our luggage before checkin and moved the luggage to the room automatically.highly recommended.”
