“The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night”

“our room was awful. I counted 4 different earwigs in 4 different places in one night. We checked in late so it was really an awful feeling to be killing earwigs late at night when you are exhausted and ready to just take a hot shower and go to bed. The staff was helpful and the lobby looked nice. The rest of the place could use some updating, though.”

Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room.
