Rise N Shine si trova a pochi passi dai negozi e dai ristoranti del centro di Saugatuck (mezzo miglio a ovest), il che rende anche un fantastico giro in bicicletta. La struttura dista solo 1,6 km dalla spiaggia più famosa della zona, Oval Beach. Quieter Douglas Beach (due miglia a sud-ovest) e Saugatuck Dunes State Park (quattro miglia a nord) si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Accesso all'acqua: la più grande spiaggia pubblica della zona è Oval Beach. Per arrivarci, torna indietro verso Blue Star Highway e svolta a DESTRA. Al semaforo, svolta a DESTRA su Center Street. Segui le indicazioni per Oval Beach, altrimenti le indicazioni ti indirizzeranno anche verso una spiaggia appartata più piccola chiamata Douglas Beach. Situato appena a nord delle spiagge, si trova il Saugatuck Dunes State Park, una vasta area boschiva con sentieri per escursioni o piste da sci di fondo che conducono a diversi chilometri di accesso alla spiaggia del Lago Michigan.

Nice property layout and linens were clean. There is a bit of a smell, but somewhat to be expected with it being dog friendly focused. You get a response in a timely manner to address any questions which helped.

This property was everything it was advertised! The house was spotless and really well laid out. We had our two dogs with us and the fenced in yard was perfect for them. We had a perfect time doing absolutely nothing for a few days, which is exactly what we were looking for! Will go back again!

What a charming home! Great care has been put into every detail of his house, which is lovely and well appointed throughout. We especially loved the all weather porch and spent lots of time there playing games and watching tv. The yard is on the smaller side, but it was nice to have for our dog. Town is accessible by foot if you’re willing to walk just a bit. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Was a perfect stay for my bestie and me. Loved the option of the four seasons porch to feel outside when it was raining. Only less than a half mile walk to downtown Saugatuck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! Everything was very clean and neat. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The home was well stocked with anything we might need. Our favorite room was the large screened in porch, where we spent a lot of time! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a great place to walk. We love visiting Saugatuck and look forward to staying in this home again!

This property was adorable. It was perfect for a girls weekend. When we showed up the driveway had not been plowed so that was a small challenge but otherwise everything else was great! The beds were so comfortable! We would definitely go back again!

The rental was a great space for my parents, dog and I. We would wake and walk into town for our morning exercise, watch movies in the evening on the porch and rock on the front porch after spending the day out in town or checking out new spots. My mom couldn’t do the walk to town and walk downtown - so we still needed to park downtown for her. Luckily it was an ‘off’ season so we did t have to worry about parking! Lovely home!

Very cute home but the entryway from the sunroom to enter the house there is a high step over which I did not see because I was carrying things into the house and tripped and fell. This should be marked at eye level. I am ok but landed on a knee that I am having replaced next week. Pretty painful. Great place but please mark this hazard.

Overall, we had a good stay! The property is cute and in a convenient location. Updated kitchen and all the essentials you will need. Close enough for a longer walk to Butler Street - the listing quotes 13 minutes. That is not accurate...it is more like 20-25 minutes. Not horrible but it helps to know the real distance to plan accordingly. The home was clean but definitely not worthy of five stars. Dead bugs behind bathroom doors, cobwebs in the three season porch space, kitchen sink not wiped out and it had just been cleaned before our arrival (based on their real-time calendar it was booked for several weeks straight before our arrival). One concern is that the pictures certainly do not reflect the current state of the home. It is in need of some TLC - deck has paint peeling and chipping everywhere, weeds throughout stone walk up, overgrown shrubbery/flowers around deck and entrance to the backyard, scuffs on almost every wall from renters and their luggage, and mattresses both had multiple urine stains on them as did two of the eight pillows. It looked like it has really been "lived" in without much attention in many years. The biggest concern was that two doors did not lock. The door from the home to the three season porch did not lock nor did the door from the home to the backyard. This to me is unacceptable even in a very safe town like Saugatuck. Overall, it was a good rental.

Overall experience was horrible all due to the property company VACASA. TOO many things to mention. But overal they treat their customers like a number and look to make MONEY FROM YOU ONLY!!! YOU ARE NOT A PERSON TO THEM WITH the importance of making your stay a comfortable one...VERBO needs to get rid of VACASA ASAP!! Go back to what works...CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!

We have been coming to Saugatuck for 10 years and found a couple homes we love to make ours for the week. This was our first time staying here and loved it. Location is on outskirts of town so felt secluded, but could easily walk to downtown for food, drinks and shopping. This house has a fenced in yard which was perfect for our doggy. House was super clean, plenty of space for a family of four. We loved the screened in patio and spent a lot of time out there relaxing!
