    The Space:

    Welcome to Rise N Shine, a beautifully updated cottage that combines modern comforts with classic Michigan charm. Recent major renovations have transformed the home, featuring a fully renovated kitchen, two brand-new bathrooms—each with a spacious walk-in shower, new flooring throughout, and a bright, light color palette that creates a fresh and inviting atmosphere.



    Step outside to enjoy the large beautifully landscaped yard. Unwind on the spacious deck or spend your mornings and evenings in the sun-filled three-season front porch, furnished with comfortable lounge seating, a patio dining set, and a split heating/air-conditioning unit for added comfort.



    Rise N Shine is ideally located just a half-mile from downtown Saugatuck's charming shops, galleries, and restaurants, making it an easy walk or relaxing bike ride. The area's most popular destination, Oval Beach, is only one mile away, while Douglas Beach (two miles southwest) and Saugatuck Dunes State Park (four miles north) offer even more opportunities to experience the beauty of Lake Michigan.



    After a day at the beach or exploring the area, enjoy the home's thoughtful amenities, including a private washer and dryer, gas grill, central air conditioning, and streaming TV access using your own accounts.
