Love the ping pong table, best part of the stay. Also loved the hot tub but it could be in a better spot because you have to walk through the grass and if it has just rained, the mud! It was a perfect place for my son's USA swimming state meet at the Holland Aquatic Center was only about 15 minutes away from the house. The second best part of the house were the speakers in the ceilings through the house and in the garage. The little nobs in each room were nice for volume control in each room, they even had a speaker on the back porch!

We stayed in this amazing house for girls’ getaway. Enjoyed peaceful yard, playing ping pong, and breakfasts on the screened in porch. Close to downtown. All communications prompt and positive. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

The property was spotless inside and beautifully landscaped outside. We had fires on the outdoor patio before the sunset then would go inside to play games before settling in for a movie by the fireplace. We had amazing meals in the spacious and very well stocked kitchen, and with the open floor plan we were all able to feel connected and laugh as we recounted the day. The beds and couches are incredibly comfortable and the bedding and blankets allow for quite the cozy nights rest or afternoon snuggle with a book. Proximity to the charming downtown main streets led to some fun shopping afternoons and late lunch as well. Love this place - absolutely coming back!

This was our family's first experience in renting a home for vacation. Almost everything about this home was perfect for us. I'm afraid the standard has been set high now! We have 10 & 13 year old boys who both said this was their best vacation ever (mostly because of this home)! The next time we visit Saugatuck, we will definitely try for this home first! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We loved the house and the back yard felt like a retreat. We had a wonderful time with our friends. Our only complaint was the downstairs toilet didn’t work properly our entire stay, even after the plumber came. That was very inconvenient.

Beautiful property, very clean, all beds/sleeping were very comfortable. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear, helpful. Would definitely suggest including heater instructions for lower level of house either in the listing or instructions provided at check-in. Lower level of house remained very cold during our wkd stay. Due to heat disparity (this was brought up in another review - now I get it!) rating property 4.5-stars but would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! However...communication with the property mgmt was less-than stellar, only 2-stars. Messages I sent the week prior to check-in (via website) went unanswered. I sent text messages Saturday night re: heat issue and Vacasa receptionist Nicole ended up calling late on Saturday night to assist with problem-solving the heat issue in the house (*please note: Nicole was AWESOME as she tried her best to problem-solve using the 'virtual tour' that is posted online as she had no listing information!) Together we discovered the house had a gas fireplace in the lower level (info not included in the listing), however it did nothing to direct heat towards sleeping areas. 2 of 5 burners on the gas stove wouldn't light, and the water-level knob on the washing machine was broken - water level was stuck on a medium load so it made washing a full tub of sheets impossible. These are maintenance issues and can be easily corrected...however, the Propert Mgmt needs more work. Vacasa - you can do better!

We rented the house for a half-week. It was the first time this branch of the family had been together, but with the accommodations and the surrounding area, we found the time went quickly. We could have used several more days to enjoy it.

We enjoyed the many amenities of the large home. It was only a 7 min. drive to downtown and to Saugatuck Dunes State Park, where we enjoyed a hike. We also enjoyed a walk on Oval Beach. We’d go back again!

The house exceeded our expectation in every aspect. It had a beautiful, open layout, with comfortable furnishings. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms exquisite. Would definitely seek out this house if we were to vacation again in the Saugatuck area.

Overall this house was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The outdoor patio area was great. Fun for the kids to see deer and turkey walking through the back yard. Would stay here again in the summer/fall to take full advantage of the outdoor features. As noted in another review - communication on this property is via another property rental company and not direct with the actual property owners.

Property was fantastic! Home and surrounding property and community was beautiful and relaxing. I did not realize that when booking on vrbo I was actually booking on VACASA, which requires that you give personal ID info. after you have paid, but before they give you access to the property. It turned out OK, but did not like this.

Loved! Loved! Loved the property and house. The place was amazing we had 10 women plenty of sleeping and room to get ready. The house is well set up for lots of conversational areas. Backyard and fireplace is awesome we were there for fall colors and it was beautiful. Very private and close to downtown Saugatuck. Only one thing that I would say as a negative is we needed more blankets. Beds had bedspreads but not extra blankets/comforters so bring those with you.

Great location, you feel out in the middle of no where! House was extremely clean and spacious for us, we will probably invite more family next time!! Side thoughts; Beds are extra firm but was OK for a weekend stay. Coffee pot leaked and took forever to brew. Did not allow us to check in early or do late check out at all (totally understandable if guests were just there or coming). Communication with owners was extremely delayed.

Property was very clean, modern, and well set up. We had an enjoyable stay for sure, and would definitely consider this property again...One item that should be addressed...the TV in the second bedroom didn't work, the property manager responded quickly, but wasn't able to fix it...nobody ever said any more about this...if you want full payment, which we provided, the property should be 100% fully operational...that's the deal...

Beautiful comfortable home, with all the amenities. Outdoor patios, and dining areas made enjoyable evenings with the fire place. Easy 5 min drive to Saugatuck or Douglas. My eldest grandson loved the basement and younger enjoyed watching the frogs in the pond. Thanks
