We stayed here as a family expecting a relaxing, comfortable getaway, but unfortunately were let down by the condition of our unit.
Upon arrival the sofa was visibly dirty and stained, which immediately made the space feel unclean. A paper towel hanger was broken and unusable, which shows a lack of basic maintenance. Most concerning was the electric kettle: the inside was heavily soiled with residue and buildup (see photos) — this is not acceptable for something that’s supposed to be clean and ready for guest use.
For a property marketed as “luxury” and at this price point, these cleanliness and maintenance issues are disappointing. The location and concept are great, but housekeeping and attention to detail need serious improvement. We shared this with staff and hope management will address these basics before future guests arrive.
