Welcome to our private, dog-friendly getaway set on 2 scenic acres, perfect for a family retreat, weekend with friends, or remote work. This thoughtfully curated home includes a chef’s kitchen, wood stove, multiple work stations, indoor & outdoor gathering spaces, and a fenced-in dog run. Come get away with your 4-legged friend—we do as often as we can!

Our stay was fantastic. The property is out of town and was very quiet. The home had everything we needed. The driveway is quite steep but is paved. We were on motorcycles and had no difficulties. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great for dogs

Great place to stay if you have dogs. We loved the fenced in area and the rules were pretty easy to follow regarding where the dogs were allowed (everywhere but the couch). The driveway is steep and could be difficult in snow or ice. We were there at Thanksgiving and driving Jeeps so had no trouble but in a different car, it might have been an issue. Homeowner was communicative but not in our business. Beautiful house with 3 king beds for our family of 6 adults.

Very cozy retreat in quiet setting

We really love this property and the communication with our hosts was seamless. Our group all appreciated the cozy living room with the warm stove. And the beds are beyond comfortable.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We were in town for HITS and this was a great place to spend a few nights! The cabin had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured online. Beds were super comfortable too. Highly recommend!

Family Mini Getaway

My family of 7 (parents, 3 teens and 2 dogs) stayed here August 2024. Everything was just as the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable. House was spacious enough for all of us. We had a great time. Our dogs absolutely loved the property also. Thank you for opening your home to my family. It was a fun getaway.

Don’t waste your $, you can do better for less.

The photos are old, the property has not been maintained, the rear patio is a mess, missing deck boards, overgrown weeds, broken light fixtures, rusty screws projecting thru deck railings & rotten boards throughout. Stay away!

Wonderful Dog Friendly Family Getaway

Clean, comfortable, great memory foam mattresses and fresh linens. Well appointed, wasn’t missing anything. Such a relief to be able to let the dogs out on the dog run—leashing up for walks at midnight on a vacation is not relaxing! We loved the location—10-12 minutes from just about everything, quiet setting, no ambient noise at night. Our host was present and responsive. Really excellent all In all.

Great house for anyone. Best ever if you have dogs.

Clean, comfortable house with nice furnishings, great wood stove. Three sizable bedrooms, each with king beds. Nice kitchen, deck with grill. Very dog friendly, including a fenced dog run.

Cleos Cabin

We had the best weekend. House was great. Plenty of room. Spent the day strolling the town of Woodstock. Outdoor fire pit. Indoor stove was so cozy. Loved that we were able to bring our dog, Brooksy girl. She loved it too. The owner was super, he was easy to reach and responded instantly. Thank you Jared. We look forward to another getaway soon.

Nice house, great location

Overall we had a great stay. Jared was an incredibly responsive host and the home was quite comfortable. There were a few house fixes that need to be addressed, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. Of note though, the kitchen is built for tall people in mind, which could definitely be a challenge for anyone on the shorter side.
