“Spacious rooms. No vending machines. Individuals hang outside in parking lot. Not sure if guests or not but sitting in cars which was weird”

“Don’t think the floors are ever cleaned. New white socks were black on bottom within minutes. Saw cleaning crew but they never even had a mop, just broom and dust pan. Laminated wood floors throughout. Other than floors everything was mostly ok.”

“My room was disgusting. All towels stained, bed sheets stained. Paint on chair floors and counters gross. The entire building reeks of body odor and stale cigarettes. Nips bottles all over the parking lot. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend staying here. Motel 6 would have been an upgrade to this place.”

“The hotel did not disclose that there was a 24-hour jackhammer and construction outside the hotel, and that guests would be unable to sleep. I want a full refund.”

“The tv didn’t turn on at all and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The refrigerator was filled with water from being broken. The towels were not properly cleaned as we found boogers on one of the towels. Def would not recommend a stay here. Very disappointing to say the least. ”

“Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....

“This accommodation was intended to be a two-bedroom suite; however, it did not meet this expectation. There was an additional bed in the living room area, along with a sofa bed. Furthermore, a small room contained a bed and two tables, but no other furnishings. This small room lacked air conditioning. The water pressure in the shower was notably low. Additionally, the floor appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned for an extended period. ”

“Didn't like: - impossible to open a window, no air for hours - too much noise next to the room - too much noise outside the hotel from restaurants - impossible to communicate with people who clean the room, they don't speak english - very very poor breakfast - terrible breakfast location, next to the reception desk - breakfast time is very short - few towels Like: - room style and dimensions”

Il terzo giorno ho chiesto alla reception di ripulire la stanza e cambiare asciugamani. Hanno risposto, nessun problema. Invece stanza non pulita e cambiati solo gli asciugamani della doccia. non hanno cambiato gli altri asciugamani che avevo lasciato a terra. Parcheggio grande ma a pagamento e costoso. In...
