“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. “Pool is dirty I mean filthy”
