“There was a cockroach on the floor. There was no iron to iron the clothes. They told us we could check in early but when we got to the property they said we couldn’t. And because we had just came from a 9hr road trip it inconvenience us. I will never book again!”

“Unfortunately, I'm not good at remembering names but the lady that checked us in and was there all three nights was so very helpful and accommodating. They are going thru major renovations. The only complaint was the breakfast bar was lacking in selections. >”

“The main lobby looked nice and comfortable and was met with a lovely receptionist, however after going through several rooms with issues or animal urine Oder, broken bed, a dead door, flicking bathroom lights, and the strong abundant Oder or mildew in each room outside of the one that smelled like pet Oder the stay was terrible, the bath tub was also poorly kept to a of soap scum build up and rust coming through so a shower was out of the questions! We cut it short and left the receptionist that...

“Front desk staff on check-in seemed to have an attitude. Were not friendly. Different workers in eating area were friendly and helpful. Check-out staff were friendly.”

“The breakfast was not refilled, yogurt was warm and eggs were watery. Staff was not friendly and when room was clean they didn’t refill shampoo, etc. or clean the counters. There was either mud or dog poop on the stairs and it was never cleaned. Bath tub did not drain and no internet connected to tv so we could not stream.”
