“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“Overall we had a lovely stay. We were informed that there was no provision for an evening meal on either evening (we stayed 2 nights) that was fine, as we were happy to drive to nearby Haverfordwest. We were a little disappointed that on Saturday evening the bar was closed to residents due to a private function. It would have been nice to have some prior warning, as a couple of drinks at the bar would have been a nice end to the evening. That bring said the breakfast was excellent and our room...

“Really enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Inn. Staff were brilliant, and the food was excellent. That also brew their own beer which goes down a treat! A perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire.”

“The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! ”

“Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.”

“There are only 3 car parking spaces but 7 rooms so not sure if it is first come, first serve system. The parking system is not straightforward but we were helped 100% by the owners. It is great and remarkable to find accommodation with parking in Tenby so definitely a bonus. ”
