Refund asked for in part (25) but not given despite owner saying he'd review with team. “Positives - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Negatives-Online VRBO photos DO NOT match the room I stayed in. The bathroom had a tub instead of walk-in shower and was not as updated or nice as the picture online. There is no decor in the room at all, there is no where to sit but the bed, the dresser drawers are way to small to fit clothes in and there was no hair dryer as indicated online. It had snowed the day before I arrived and the ramp leading to the room was not cleaned off. ”

“Overall, it was okay. You get what you pay for, and this was one of the cheapest lodging options. My biggest complaint is that the apartment smelled of old cigarettes, which is an allergy trigger for me. If I would have had the means, I would have cancelled the stay and found another place immediately. Luckily I came prepared with abundant allergy meds. There was food left from the previous guest.
