Property Overview:

GROUND LEVEL
A complete performance and wellness center: brand new Peloton Treadl, Hydrow Arc Rower, a cold plunge held at 37°F, free weights, yoga equipment, and Sonos sound for training to your own soundtrack.

MAIN LEVEL
Where the house gathers. The chef's kitchen was outfitted by one — everything sharp, heavy, and ready. It flows into dining, then a living room where the marsh does the decorating and a 75-inch TV with surround sound handles the evenings: cinema-grade for movie night, one tap from your phone for everything else. The deck is one step away. Two large seating areas hold the whole party, one converting to extra sleeping when needed, and a queen bedroom and full bath round out the floor.

UPPER LEVEL
The king suite with en suite bath, two bedrooms with two queens each, a bunk room sleeping six, a full bath, and its own laundry. Premium linens throughout. Guests tell us, unprompted and often, that they sleep better here than at home.

EXTERIOR
The acre earns its keep: a big waterfront lawn, fire pit, Traeger, plenty of room for the dogs, and a heated + chilled saltwater pool. Inside, there’s a Peloton Tread+, Hydrow Arc Rower, and 37°F cold plunge. Hot tub + sauna are next (inquire about timing). This estate was bought with a dream in mind, and we’re not done yet. Every stay helps us keep making it better.

Guest Access:

The Main House is all yours: the main and upper levels of the estate, two private entrances, and no shared indoor living spaces.

Most of the time, you’ll feel like you have the whole property to yourself. Every now and then, the Garden Suite downstairs is booked too. When that happens, think of it a little like a boutique hotel: everyone has their own completely private accommodations, while the 1-acre grounds and amenities are shared.

You may see another car in the parking area or cross paths with fellow guests at the pool, dock, fire pit, gym, or around the grounds.

Want a little alone time at an amenity? Just ask. When both spaces are occupied, we’re happy to arrange a private time slot when possible.

And if even the potential of seeing another human on vacation isn’t your thing, we totally get it. Book the Full Estate and make the whole place yours.

Interaction with Guests:

As present or as invisible as you'd like. We're minutes away and rarely needed. Codes, check-in details, and local recommendations arrive before you do; fast answers follow you through the stay. The property is built for coming and going without a single hello, and we take no offense. But if you want the best breakfast on the island or the right hour for the dock, message me.

PRICING
One rate covers eight guests. No guest fees beneath that, no surprises. Nine through sixteen adds 100 per guest, per night; sixteen is the ceiling here. Pets stay for one flat fee per booking; a whole pack costs a little more. Weekdays run gentler, longer stays earn a discount. Military and teachers booking ahead: say so, and the rate says thank you.

CELEBRATIONS
Events are hosted exclusively through the Full Estate listing: the whole property, one party, nobody else on site. Weddings, bachelorette weekends, reunions, birthdays with a zero in them, arranged end to end with a vendor list built the hard way.

Write before booking; events are approved in advance, with their own fee and guidelines.

THE TIDES
High tide brings the water to the dock. Low tide sends in the herons and fiddler crabs. You're not missing the water; you're seeing the other half of the show.

THE ASSURANCES
Smoke detectors throughout. First aid stocked, water rescue gear on hand. Cameras outside only — never inside. The same small cleaning team, every stay. If maintenance ever touches your dates, you'll hear it from us first.

ALWAYS IMPROVING
We're always improving something on the property, and timelines shift. If an amenity is essential to your stay, ask before booking and we'll tell you straight. The guest experience gets better because of it.

A LOWCOUNTRY NOTE
This is the South, and the marsh is gloriously alive. A professional pest team treats the property regularly, but nature doesn't read the service contract. If a bug wanders in from the wild acre outside, that's the habitat, not the housekeeping.
