Beautiful home and the kitchen was so well equipped it made me want to throw one of those classic Savannah Holiday Soirées like in the ‘Midnight Garden of Good and Evil’. Loved the location and that adorable courtyard! Comfy beds, modern amenities and a classic feel! Well done!

Location was fantastic-felt like walking/transportation to anywhere was easy. Host was friendly and very accommodating! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Very thankful unit provided umbrellas! Beds were very comfortable and unit was super quiet! Wish the weather was nice enough to enjoy the private back patio with fireplace-super cute space!

This townhouse was PERFECT! The location was convenient and close to Forsythe Park. The host was amazing. Our flight was delayed and he was gracious enough to let us leave our bags while we did some more roaming. He was so easy to work with and very kind! I highly recommend this rental! If I ever travel to Savannah again, I will stay here again!!

We loved the location of this beautiful townhouse. Everything was just as we expected clean, charming and welcoming.The host was excellent very quick to respond to any issues or questions. We even met the housekeeper as we were dropping off our luggage on our first day. She was so sweet & kind. We would highly recommend this townhouse.

Our host, Jason, made us fee right at home. The townhouse was wonderful, well and carefully appointed down to the smallest details. The location was also great, close to Forsyth Park and an easy walk to the riverfront. We decided before leaving that we'd be coming back to Savannah as soon as we could and when we could get Jason's wonderful home again.

This beautiful townhouse was absolutely perfect for our visit to Savannah! Jason was an amazing host and very helpful in all aspects of our trip. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone that wants the ultimate comfort of staying close to all that Savannah has to offer but also privacy for down time and a few cocktails in the backyard with the fire going for ambience. The townhouse is immaculate and has everything you need. If this location is available, don’t hesitate to book it!

We can’t say enough about this outstanding property and space! Modern with a mix of history. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Back patio is walled off for privacy with a working gas fire place. Bedrooms are exceptional with private baths for each. Comfy beds and very nice bedding. We felt as if we were staying at a 4 star hotel. Located on a very quiet street just blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park. Took the free DOT bus a few times - about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Easy walking distance to restaurants or historic attractions depending on how far you like to walk. Our max walk was about 15 mins. Otherwise we took the bus. We were lucky to meet Jason when we arrived early - he was more than accommodating our request for an early check in. Super nice host! Would highly recommend booking this property for your Savannah stay. We would absolutely book again!

Charming Historical Townhome in a Quiet Neighborhood

This cottage is exactly what we were looking for! It is sophisticated, beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and the temperature of the entire home was controlled perfectly for our comfort. The central location of this home made our week stress-free. We were blessed with great weather and we were able to walk through beautiful squares and parks. The five-minute walk to gorgeous Forsyth Park was a huge bonus, as was the home's private backyard patio with fireplace. We met many lovely people, especially our next door neighbors who were very welcoming and shared many excellent suggestions. The process of reserving this home for our vacation was easy and seamless. Jason, our resident manager, was extremely helpful. In anticipation of our arrival he prepared an extensive itinerary for us in which he recommended restaurants, local attractions, shopping venues, and historical sites. Consequently, we were able to experience more than we had anticipated. Jason was in regular contact with us from the time we reserved until the time we left. When we had questions, he responded immediately. This was an awesome and fun trip for us, and we would absolutely come back to Savannah and Houston Home.

Exceptional home!!!!

Our stay at this VRBO rental was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, full of charm and character, and in a quiet yet super convenient location. The beds were unbelievably comfortable... luxurious linens, bedding, and pillows made it feel like a high-end hotel. One of our favorite features was the private back patio. It was peaceful and gave us the perfect space to securely store our bikes, which was a huge bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again!

Great house!

The townhouse was perfect! The location was nice, very walkable to most things. We only drove a few times. The kitchen was fully stocked, which is nice because we cooked some meals and didn't worry about not having cookware. It was also nice having a grill. Parking was free, which was awesome! The only thing to be aware of, is on Wednesday evenings you can't park on the side closest to the townhouse (you have to park on other side) because the street sweeper comes during the night. It was nice the neighbor lets us know so we didn't get fined. Our stay was great and we would definitely recommend the rental. Jason was easy to work with and very quick to respond!

Cute place!

Beautiful little place in a nice neighborhood. It is just around the corner from Forsyth Park. The home is well kept and very pretty. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, silverware and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect sizes for the four of us. There is even a cute half bath downstairs. Adorable outside patio. We just didn’t use it this visit since it was hot out. Would love to come in the fall or winter and take advantage of the outside fireplace. My only two complaints are 1. The front bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house and I’m a hot sleeper 2. There is a cool system throughout the house that plays music but we couldn’t get it to sync with our phones as stated in the book. It did play a nice chill jazz station that was great for sitting around and relaxing. Definitely a well kept gem of a place and highly recommend it for a trip to Savannah!

SCAD visit

Booked this lovely property early for daughter’s graduation from SCAD. Gorgeous renovation of a historic home. Perfect for our adult group who loves to cook and enjoy the private courtyard between busy events!Jason was attentive when we needed one small thing fixed. Place is larger than it looks online and parking on the street was always available.

Beautiful historic townhouse in great location!

We spent four nights at the townhouse and would highly recommend it. The home is just as photographed and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is within minutes of everything in Savannah. We had some trouble with the lock the first night,but Jason came right over to help us out. He is quick and responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The house was spotless and has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental.The beds are both very comfortable.
