Fantastico condominio in stile cottage nel centro di Savannah con piscina. Fu costruito alla fine del 1800 ed è elencato come proprietà storica. Questo è un ottimo posto dove trascorrere il vostro soggiorno a Savannah ad un ottimo prezzo. Si trova a circa tre isolati da Forsyth Park e un isolato dall'inizio della St. Sfilata del giorno di Patrick. Il condominio si trova a breve distanza a piedi o in bicicletta da River Street ea circa 15-20 minuti in auto da Tybee Island. È dotato di un parcheggio fuori strada dedicato. Il condominio è stato recentemente rinnovato e dispone di una cucina completa con granito e acciaio inossidabile, lavatrice e asciugatrice, piccolo portico esterno, soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto, una camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Ci sono due caminetti originali, pavimenti in legno e modanature e rifiniture a corona.

Great Place, but expect the "old house mold smell"

Everything was excellent. I did read all the other reviews before booking this property. None I saw mentioned the damp mildew smell, particularly in the bathroom and the dining room. Upon entering, you do not smell it. Everything was very clean and in shape. Comfortable bed, couch, and decorated tastefully. I realize this smell is something that happens with all old houses, and it is not a deal breaker, but I felt it needed to be acknowledged as some are probably more susceptible to mold, mildew, and these smells. We had a hard time adjusting to it and could not even brush our teeth in the bathroom. I would stay here again, but I would be more prepared for the mold and the smell. Luckily, Kroger's is just around the corner so we were able to purchase allergy medication and air freshener.

I loved this hidden little gem in the middle of everything! Its cute & quaint & so much better than staying in a traditional hotel. The parking area & assigned spots are missing signs which had us nervous about being towed but we werent. The homes show some age but that is to be expected. The mattress on the pull out sofa is uncomfortable & may need to be replaced. The property listing shows as "sleeps 4" which it does with the sofabed but that isnt stated in the listing. The pool and patio area is absolutely lovely. I would return to this property if visiting Savannah again!

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and beach towels to use. We loved the pool. Location was an easy/short drive to River st and within walking distance to Forsyth park and a cute coffee shop (Mate Factor). The condo was spacious enough for myself, sister and 2 kids.

What a fabulous find this was! Impeccably clean, inviting and relaxing! This adorable condo had everything and more. Luxe linens, soothing hues and even pool towels, W&D. I loved the private pool area.Very walkable to Forsyth park, easy jump on transportation or the trolley from there. Super close to a grocery store. I recommend you follow the directions given by owner, not google maps ( Haa ha) The parking and entrance is in the Alley. There were some loud times with shared renters using pool . The owners were quick to respond and offer suggestions. I’ve already recommended this VRBO to a friend who want to explore Savannah. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were surprise to see this appeared to be one house divided into three parts. There are almost no windows as it is a middle unit. The bedroom window blind did not work and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom seemed to have mildew and an odor. The walls were very thin, so you could hear people talking other units and heard any car that drove by.

Cute, convenient and cozy

Excellent location! We were able to walk to most locations or take a short trip down to river street with an Uber. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway.

Perfect for two!

I was in town for my wedding so we just needed something for my now his and myself to just lay our heads. It has a nice kitchen and the living room is nice. The bed is high but the step stool really came in handy! My only complaint is the bed is squeaky even at the smallest movement. Everything was great!

Stop off on the way south

Had never been to Savannah. The neighborhood was in easy walking distance to grocery, the park and the river. The home showed a little more wear and tear than the photos on line, but it was clean with everything we needed. The communication was seamless. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the town very much.

Taking my middle child to collage

Was a sad and happy trip. The place was good. The manager was fantastic. The fold out couch was not the best one side was kinda broke and there was a not so attractive stain in the upper right hand corner, the bathroom vent needs cleaned, the showerhead and or presser hurt, and please frost the window in the shower. I would book again though.

Great little place

We had a little issue at check in. Make sure you are on lane not street. The host answered immediately and walked me through where to go. Every time I communicated with the host she answered questions immediately. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Short stay

The place was easy to find with the included instructions. Very clean. There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away so I was able to walk over and grab everything that I needed to cook while we were there. We enjoyed our stay and would and will stay again.

Great Location

Perfect for 2 with multiple spaces to be in. Perfect location to walk to anything in Downtown Savannah, easy check-in instructions. We were completely independent and checked in and out on our own with the clear instructions given.
