Una casa perfetta per una coppia in viaggio, questo lussuoso rifugio ha una disposizione unica con aree salotto sia al piano di sopra che al piano di sotto. Il rivestimento alternato a vista e le pareti in pannelli di legno grigio conferiscono un tocco rustico all'arredamento industriale.

Troverete tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Il primo piano ha un grande divano e TV, un tavolo da pranzo per quattro, e un mezzo bagno nascosto sotto le scale. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, splendidi armadietti scuri e un bar per la colazione per le riflessioni del mattino.

Al piano superiore è una spaziosa suite padronale con un letto king size e zona salotto. Il balcone della camera da letto è perfetto per prendere un tramonto, prendere una tazza di caffè o leggere un libro. Il bagno ha una doccia aperta con posti a sedere incorporati e una grande toletta con tanto spazio per prepararsi per una serata in città.

Perfect, spot on

We have been traveling for 3 months and this is by far the cleanest place we stayed at and the location within Savannah was exactly what we wanted. The pictures are accurate, very comfortable to stay. It is right next to Forsyth park and easy walking to anything you would want to see, even the river front is about 15 minutes. Felt very safe and we found free parking on Hutchingdon, two streets away a 5 minute walk. Make sure to pay attention to signs and when they sweep the street you may have to move your car to the other side of street. There is a little lane adjacent to property to pull into to unload suitcases etc, can't park there though. Currently there is not a washer or dryer which would be helpful, looks like they may be trying to add it in. Also the lower bathroom is not very private but staying with my spouse so no big deal. (I did need to use a suction cup hook on mirror to hold the hand towel there was no place to hang it and sink area was small.) I would highly recommend this place and when we visit Savannah in the future definitely will be returning here.

Very Nice... We would stay again.

The property is very nice. Conveniently located by Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere. It is conveniently located in an ideal spot for the activities we planned. The comment others have made about the bathroom doors is correct. They need a handle on the inside. There is basically no privacy on the main floor bathroom though (sliding door that hangs open), so know that before going.

Spring Getaway

Charming carriage house in convient location to walk/visit Savannah sites. Check in was a bit challenging at night due to poor entry way to the house with unven brick and stepping stone lined walkway. Once settled everything was perfect with modern appliances/updates in historic house.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Lucky Savannah. The pictures and descriptions of the rental were accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved being within walking distance or a short drive of local shops and restaurants. They were very accommodating and responded to our needs in a timely manner… they brought us additional towels and even a can opener per our requests. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dish ware, glass ware, cooking ware, etc. The premise were very clean and we felt very safe Throughout our stay. Thank you for making our 26th Anniversary a memorable one.. Yes, we would recommend this rental to couples visiting the Savannah area.

Lovely hidden gem!

This place exceeded our expectations! I loved how quiet and intimate it was! It felt like we were walking through a secret garden each time we came back or left. We would absolutely reserve this place again! It is conveniently located to everything! The place was clean, well decorated, and had modern amenities while still embracing the historical charm! The only critique I would give is the need for a washer and dryer, that would have made it perfect! We'll definitely be back!!

Comfortable, close to Forsyth Park

Less than a block from Forsyth, Dot (free city bus) stop literally a few steps from the door. Rental has two full bathrooms, comfy couch with cable TV and full kitchen. Only downsides are poor lighting from outer gate to front door (cellphone flashlight was helpful) and limited cookware available in kitchen (no frying pan).

Charming Carriage House in Great Location

The carriage house embodies the charm and uniqueness of Savannah. We loved having the little courtyard. The space was perfect for two people. Our only complaint was the lack of handles on the inside of the sliding bathroom doors. Other than that, we were very happy. The location is right at the edge of Forsyth Park and in the historic district. We were easily able to find parking on the street but also walked everywhere.

Good location terrible property maintenance

Property is in a nice location. That's literally the only good thing about it. Kitchen was filthy. It's clear the cleaning crews do the most basic of wipe downs. The fridge and stove had stains all over them, the coffee maker basket had never been cleaned in its life. We washed all the dishes prior to first use as some still had food stuck to them. Overall cleanliness of the property was well below even the level of the most budget of hotel chains. House had ants on both floors. We woke up the first morning and found ants even in our toothbrushes. It rained every day during our stay and it's clear the property manager doesn't do any building maintenance. The double doors on both the main level and 2nd floor leaked badly leaving pools of water under them and running down the walls to pool at the base of the stairs. There is also a roof leak that was evident based off the water coming from the light fixture in the shower. The only reason we didn't leave was the fact that we had so many excursions planned in the city that we were only in the property to sleep. It's only redeeming quality was the fact that it's located very centrally in the historic district. 1000000% do not recommend. Renters beware.

It was our first time visiting Savannah and it was recommended to stay downtown, close to everything. The location of this property was decent to be able to walk around town. It’s a cute space.

Unless you don’t have kids , don’t stay here

Lucky vacation was great, the location wasn’t. Unless yout don’t have kids, don’t stay here. You have to walk everywhere. You have to pay to park multiple times a day for either street or garage parking. The keys wouldn’t work for the gate or the house and had to be re-keyed. Outlets didn’t work. You have “cable” but it’s 5 channels. The doors to the bathrooms are an awful design, no real privacy. No blinds for the glass doors. The old lady in the court yard stares into the house, constantly. I would not stay here again. Over priced and just a handful of problems!

Loved the courtyard

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We walked everywhere from this unit. Absolutely loved it! Especially morning coffee on the balcony which is off the bedroom. As with other reviews, the A/C units are a little loud but it actually helped to drowned out the street noise. The road is a very busy road. Another review had mentioned the windows not having curtains. Every window has indoor shutters on them. It's a nice touch. The pictures are exactly as you see the unit. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

Loved this rental for our Savannah honeymoon. Walked literally everywhere except for when we went to Tybee. Quickly loaded/unloaded our bags from the alley since it seemed very unsafe to stop the car on Whitaker street. Decided to park our car in the Liberty Street parking garage for $14/day and did not have to worry about moving it at all! (It's only a five minute walk from there to the rental.) There are nearby metered locations but unless you buy a pass you have to up them every 2 hours. The rental was in a perfect location. Only drawbacks were the noisy AC units and stained fabric furniture (didn't want to use them).
