Not all vacation rentals can boast all the amenities this cottage offers to make your stay more like home. In the mornings, enjoy local coffee from Savannah Coffee Roasters on your private back patio! We also make sure the cottage is stocked with basics like paper towels and garbage bags, plus all bed linens and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Central air conditioning and heating, combined with ceiling fans throughout the cottage keep you comfortable in all seasons. We even go the extra mile and have you ready for Tybee beach with towels, cooler, and 2 chairs! Whether you're here for vacation, girls time away, a weekend couples trip or business, we'll make sure your stay is enjoyable.
High-speed WiFi (1GB) means you can work or stream your favorite shows and movies on the provided TVs.

If desired, you may request early check-in or late check-out using our guest portal (you will receive a link to the portal via email along with your reservation confirmation). Fees will apply and will be clearly displayed along with your options on the guest portal.
The house will have items to get you started such as 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 additional trash bag and a few pods for the dishwasher.
Our cottage is pet-friendly, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 pet fee that you will see shortly after our booking acceptance. This provides an additional deep clean upon check out. Any damages will be charged additionally. Any guests who do not pay the pet deposit but still brings pets will be charged $150. This fee is not included in your booking and will be sent separately.
Our street is a quiet side street. The parking spot in front of the house is almost always open. In the event that a local neighbor is parked there, the entire street (both sides) is available. Our side of the street has weekly street cleaning on Tuesday 12:01am – 4:00am, so we suggest guests park across the street at an earlier time to guarantee yourself a space.
There is to be NO smoking inside the suite. Guests who leave remnants of smoking (inside or out back) or an odor from smoking of any kind will be charged a $100 fee.
