Situata a 20 minuti a est di Savannah, attraverso diverse miglia di cielo meraviglioso e saline, troverai Tybee Island, una delle spiagge più rilassate della costa sud-orientale.
Puoi sederti sull'ampio ponte di fronte all'oceano, vedere le navi mercantili, rilassarti e prendere il sole e goderti un cocktail

La nostra casa si trova a circa 2 isolati a nord del padiglione Tybee e Pier in una delle posizioni più belle sulla spiaggia di Tybee Island. La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, è direttamente sulla spiaggia dove è possibile raggiungere a piedi negozi, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e bar. C'è un grande ponte di fronte all'oceano che ha un tavolo da pranzo, ampi posti a sedere, un ombrellone e due lettini.

Molti lavori di ristrutturazione sono stati recentemente completati, tra cui una ristrutturazione della cucina. La cucina è aperta alla sala da pranzo e al soggiorno e all'Oceano Atlantico. Gli elettrodomestici sono tutti in acciaio inossidabile con mobili nuovi, un'isola che funge da bar per la colazione e la cucina è ben fornita di piatti, pentole / padelle e utensili da cucina. Recentemente sono stati installati tutti i nuovi pavimenti del 1 ° e del 2 ° piano e le perline in tutti i corridoi e le scale. La doccia principale è stata appena rinnovata per includere una cabina doccia piastrellata. Anche il 2 ° bagno all'ultimo piano è stato rinnovato con una nuova vasca, piastrelle, pavimenti ecc. Ci sono 3 televisori a schermo piatto in casa, LR, master BR e BR al piano terra. La camera da letto principale si affaccia sull'oceano e i panorami sono mozzafiato. Le camere da letto sono confortevoli e arredate con piumini in ceramica e piumini di qualità in olmo occidentale. Ci sono anche ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. I 3. 5 bagni includono un mezzo bagno al piano principale accanto alla cucina, il padrone con cabina doccia, il secondo bagno con vasca / doccia e il terzo bagno con cabina doccia. Lavatrice e asciugatrice al piano terra disponibili per l'uso. Per raggiungere la spiaggia, basta prendere il sentiero dall'altra parte della casa e la spiaggia è in vista. Il garage per un'auto ha un sacco di sedie a sdraio, una griglia a gas, un dispositivo di raffreddamento e un ombrellone per il vostro uso. Il vialetto può ospitare 3 auto parcheggiate.

We stayed at the Beach Haven mid-February and had an amazing time! The home is beautiful! Very cozy, a rare find when it comes to rentals. The furniture in the main gathering rooms is comfortable and there is plenty of it! Kitchen was well stocked. The linens are high quality and the beds comfortable. Location directly on the beach was incredible… morning sunrises from the master bedroom and deck cannot be beat! Walking distance to many great restaurants. Communication with Susan was great! I would love to bring my family back here in the future.

We had a great week at staying at Beach Haven. It was perfect for the 8 people we had, there was plenty of room. It was well stocked, right on the beach, walking distance to the grocery, shopping and great restaurants! Susan is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Tybee Island.

Great place for girls college reunion

The house was just as listed. There were great beach views and plenty of room to sit on the deck for 6 people. The kitchen was perfect and location was great. Would highly recommend.

1 week of ocean breezes!

Ages 40 - 90 enjoyed a full week in this house. The bedrooms on the upper floor and the lower level made for a nice separation and plenty of privacy with the bathroom setups! The house was well stocked with necessities, the deck had a lovely breeze and plenty of sunshine to enjoy! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

Perfection

Beach Haven was absolutely perfect for our family spring break. There was plenty of room for everyone to come together or be apart if needed. The beach was awesome, the views spectacular, the location excellent. The decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was noticed and appreciated! Tybee Vacation

Our vacation on Tybee Island was wonderful. Beach Haven's location was perfect! We were only a few minutes walk to the beach, the pier, shopping or restaurants. The view from the deck and the master bedroom was spectacular. Beach Haven was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with extra supplies that were very much appreciated. Our host checked in on us at the beginning, middle, and end of our vacation to ensure we were happy with our accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Tybee 2024

Lovely accommodation. Only real issue was the two small bedrooms upstairs. The smallest of these 2 bedrooms had a double bed and was so cramped as to be totally difficult to impossible to use the closet or the dresser with luggage.The overhead lights above the bed in that room fell down constantly from the fix point you adjusted them to. The lamp on the dresser was too dim to be helpful lighting the room. My sister had to use that room as the larger of the two small bedrooms only had twin beds. My sister did suggest that the lighting be improved in the smallest of the two small bedrooms, and that the double bed in that bedroom be moved to the other bedroom and bunk or trundle beds be put in the tiniest of the two bedrooms.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view!

Everything was as the listing said it would be. Susan was so easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. My only recommendation would be a vacuum for easier pick up during longer stays but otherwise we enjoyed our time!

This place had an amazing view from all ocean facing windows! It also had great amenities and plenty of room for 7 people. Owner was quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, etc. we had a very enjoyable holiday stay!

Hidden Gem

Where do I begin. This place is definitely in a great location and what I would call a sweet spot hence the given name haven. It’s equipped with all the necessary home items such as cookware, dishes, silverware, variety of cups and cleaning supplies. This home is three levels, with two flights of stairs, incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of space for our family of five. The local restaurants are plentiful and have good quality foods as well as fair prices. We had an emergency and had to leave early but, the hostess (Susan), was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future!

Great Beach Getaway!

This townhouse is AMAZING! It was well maintained and cared for! You can tell the owner visits this home and takes pride in it! The location is perfect walking distance to the downtown area, with easy beach access! I would definitely love to stay here again when in Tybee!
