Our largest suite boasts sweeping views of Bay Street’s tree-lined walkways and parks. Guests enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer-dryer combo, and a full-size refrigerator, plus modern bathroom finishes and a spacious walk-in closet. With a private bedroom retreat and luxurious comforts throughout, this suite is a top choice for travelers who want it all.

Ideally located on Bay Street in Savannah’s Downtown Historic District, The Suites at Bay are steps from River Street, Broughton Street shopping, and the Savannah Riverfront. Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their suite and use it to enter/exit the parking garage as needed. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

First trip to Savannah and this was the perfect location. Easy walk to most everything we did on our trip. Great apartment with everything we needed. Great communication with host company. Included parking was great because parking in the area is very difficult even during the off season. Definitely would pick this spot again.

This was the perfect place to stay. I can’t stress how much money was saved just by having free parking. Most don't offer that & every garage charges 30 to 50 a day. We didn’t move our vehicle the whole week we were there. Everything is walking distance. River St is right outside the front door. You just have to cross the street & Ur there. So many restaurants & shopping right there. The suite was perfect. LOVED it. High ceilings & large windows, such a beautiful solid structure. Everything was, or seemed to be new. (Well, everything except the hair dryer. Barely worth mentioning since everything else was perfect, but if you want a good hair dryer bring your own. ;) lol). I fell in love with the shower. So much room to move around & the huge shower head mounted way up on the ceiling made it feel like it was raining, but with water pressure. Felt spa’ish. Towels were thick and fluffy. We didn’t really use the kitchen but everything was there if we needed to. The bedding & bed itself were nice and very comfortable. Queen bed was great even if we were used to sleeping on a king. It’s a historical building so no elevators, which I knew before renting. We were on the 3rd floor but it was not a problem. Tricky getting our luggage up on Day 1 and back down on the last day, but We can all use a little more exercise. I don’t suggest packing a large suitcase, a few smaller ones would be easier. Beautiful space!! Highly recommend! Perfect stay!

Excellent Location

Everything about this property was just what we needed for our family trip over a long weekend. The property was comfortable, centrally located close to almost everything, and having access to a dedicated parking structure was great. We sent a few questions to the manager and received very prompt responses.

Just what Savannah ordered

Wife and I completed a weeklong stay in Savannah; a tad bit of work but mostly play. This apartment was perfect for the two of us. (Of note, there is a pullout sofa bed for a third / fourth guest). The perfect location is on Bay St and walkable to nearly everything. Of note - easy 23 min drive to Tybee Island). Every day we set out for a new Savannah adventure. The great location gave us a wonderful midday place to cool off, grab a beverage, take a nap and then head back out. A literal oasis in the heat of the day. The third floor apartment was very well appointed with all new appliances and furnishings. We cooked several nights in our apartment (bring spices if plan to need some). All dishes, cutlery and cookware was provided as you would expect. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The parking garage was 2 blocks away and very convenient. Wonderful that it was included in the rental. It was one of the factors in choosing this apartment over others. Our hosts were easy to work with and made the visit uneventful. Thank you. Already looking at calendars for next summer. Will be back.

Great stay for anniversary celebration!

My wife and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary. The room was lovely and clean. The location was perfect. We easily walked to many restaurants, to the river, and to shops. Great time and would stay here again!

Clean, Great Location Savannah Gem!

We had a wonderful three night stay at this rental. It was very clean and there were lots of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The location was perfect as it was close to The River Front but private enough that we enjoyed some peace from the hustle and bustle of that area. The communication book has some great recommendations and resources that we found very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great trip staying here for spring break. Recommend this location everything worth seeing is walkable from here. Plenty of restaurants and squares. Great space for family of four!

My sister's and I were able to experience all that Savannah has to offer within walking distance. The location can't be beat. Very clean space. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and shower temp and pressure was less than desired, but we powered through. Restaurants, shops, squares, bars, and ships ALL within walking distance of this apartment. Savannah is a great city! Safe. Clean. Plenty to see and experience.

My husband and i decided to visit beautiful Savannah for our anniversary and my birthday. This apartment did not disappoint! Especially for first time visitor's. The apartment is clean, comfy and has everything you need. The location is awesome. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect location! well equipped

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfected located with two trolly stops within steps of the unit. It felt safe and secure. The riverfront is across the street and all of the .7 miles of historical area is right outside. The Old pink House is a block over, leopolds ice cream a couple blocks away. We needed some coffee creamer and the kroger was within a mile from the house. This unit was on the third floor and there is no elevator so come prepared for that. At the unit entrance is the Treylor park bar and grill. Apartment was well equipped and very pleasant. Bed was even comfortable which I never plan on. We would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely be staying again!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we are already planning a trip back. The location is amazing! Literally right above and amazing restaurant (trailer park) and just a short walk from river street. The house is so clean and comfy it was truly the most relaxing vacation we’ve been on! Cannot wait to return!

Rental is amazing and exactly like pictures. Walking to everything and very well done unit. Arrived and no internet or cable. Team was responsive , but issue was never resolved for entire stay.

Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay on Bay Street! This property is right in the heart of everything and with the provided parking, it was very convenient. Everything was clean and modern, with plenty of room for clothes and all of the souvenirs that you will be taking home. Me and my wife will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. We were very happy with the rental and the agency was also communicating very well and their app made access easy.

Savannah on Bay St

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Great restaurant right next door but didn’t hear any noise. Just so people are aware 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. Also parking garage is 3 blocks away. The only negative was a natural gas smell and ozone smell. I notified the company and they sent a guy out. He said it was coming from another unit. He never did come back and tell us the reason for the smell but it was rectified.

Long weekend in great area

We arrived in the evening and followed the instructions. Our unit was on the 3rd floor but it was quiet once inside. The apartment was just what we needed for a few days in the city. TVs and a nice shower. We had one problem with a door handle but the mgmt company had it fixed within two hours. We would definitely stay here again
