Siete a pochi passi dal Mercato, River Street, boutique alla moda, musei, visite guidate ed i migliori ristoranti di Savannah ha da offrire.  Circondato da monumenti storici e belle piazze di Savannah, si potrebbe anche individuare un matrimonio o un evento comunità in piazza Telfair, proprio accanto al palazzo.

Una carta di accesso al garage City of Savannah per 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, è disponibile per questo appartamento, e non avrai bisogno di guidare da nessuna parte. Costruito nel 1849, l'edificio Telfair è situato nella parte più calda del centro storico, vicino a Ellis Square e il suo popolare, terra spruzzo ai bambini.  L'unità è al 3 ° piano, con vista sul centro e il Ponte Talmadge.  Il soggiorno è luminoso e arioso, pieno di luce naturale in streaming attraverso i 10 piedi finestre ad arco che si affacciano Broughton Street, perfetto per guardare le folle passano sotto. 
 
L'unità 4 posti letto in letti (camera da letto matrimoniale + Re camera da letto) e ha anche un divano letto estraibile e 2 letti a scomparsa singoli. Il condominio dispone di 2 ampie camere da letto ciascuna con il proprio bagno privato.  Offre una cucina completa, una lavatrice e asciugatrice, un 42 "HDTV in salotto, una scrivania in camera da letto matrimoniale, caffè e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuita.  C'è un bar per la colazione che può ospitare 4 e un tavolo in stile pub che può ospitare 2.  Sapone, shampoo e balsamo sono forniti per comodità. 

Quando si effettua la prenotazione si scarica un contratto di affitto con l'indirizzo. Quando si arriva alla casa si trova un notebook con informazioni come la rete wi-fi e la password.

Very comfortable place well located in the heart of the historic district. Easily accessible, with in and out parking privileges only a block away. Our unit was on the third floor and when we arrived the elevator was not operable making our walk up the stairs with luggage very cumbersome. The management company was very responsive and notified the HOA. Unfortunately it was not fixed within the same day. This resulted in walking up and down a very tall 3rd floor many times, difficult at best for us seniors. Ultimately the elevator was fixed and made for a more pleasurable experience. Lastly the unit was situated above a major street, while well located to many amenities it was loud. Street noise from cars and partiers well into the weekend nights made sleeping more difficult. In spite of these shortcomings I would still recommend the place!!

I give this rental only a 3. It was a great location but we were immediately concerned at how unkempt the entry lobby, elevator and hallways were. Luckily the unit was in better shape and appeared clean enough but could use some more upkeep (walls and woodwork very scuffed, closet doors worked poorly and second bath needs updating. We had 2 main problems. We were 5 adults so definitely wanted to use at least one of the rollaway beds in the unit. They are awful!! Sagging support frame and the mattresses were so bad the entire beds sagged even without a person in them. We had to come up with another solution. I ended up stacking the 2 bad mattresses on the floor so I could get at least a little support. Those beds should be replaced or removed and list the unit for only 4 people. Even a small child should have better beds. The plus for the unit is the great location so close to the City Market and the river. Everything was walking distance and plenty of restaurants etc nearby and felt safe. The only problem was that we stayed over a Saturday night and the street noise (partying, shouting, engines racing, loud cars and motorcycles) continued until the police started clearing everyone out at 3:00 am!! I talked to residents and they said it is usually that way on Saturday night. Sunday evening was fine for us. Party groups might not mind it but if you want to sleep DON'T stay on a Saturday.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. It is loud at night so ear plugs are a must on the weekends if you have trouble with noise but it didn't bother us.

Condo was nicer than pictured. Great location. A bit noisy at times with street traffic on weekend. Alley type kitchen with bar seating. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of serving bowls and storage containers with lids. Very roomy outside of kitchen with nice third floor city view. Would recommend and rent again.

Bright apartment in Savannah center

Bright apartment, comfortable furniture in living room, clean. Fold-away beds are saggy, for children only. Needs a coat of paint and some touch-ups like the bathroom floor. Looks over Broughton St, street noise carries into bedrooms, we were there during Orange Crush so it was until 4am with extra noise. This area is close to restaurants etc but also the bars at night and you can walk in streets with your drinks. Mary was responsive with my concerns.

Great location but not very clean.

Cannot beat the location for close to the action of St. Pats day activities. However my daughter woke up the first morning covered in glitter from the sheets. Dose not seam the cleaning fee is actually going to cleaning. Tiles coming up in bathroom and mildew around many of them.

Perfect place in Savannah!

This was a darling third floor apartment in downtown Savannah. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the river walk. It was very clean. We had 5 people and all of us slept very well. The kitchen was well equipped, there were games to play and a basket full of tourist brochures. We had plenty of hot water and big, soft towels. We will come again!

Anniversary weekend for two couples

Had a blast! We were right in the middle of everything in easy walking distance. We have stayed in this are before so we were prepared to the loud late night crowd outside our windows, but this may not be the place for you if you turn in early and sleep light. There were some cosmetic imperfections from DIY renovations, but. Nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the space. Every thing was clean, easy to find and very comfy beds and bedding.

Great Place in the middle of the city!

Wonderful two bedroom “roomy” loft apartment located in the middle of everything. Lots of food. Shopping and entertainment. Just know that the city never sleeps, therefore neither does the noise. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location!

This is a wonderful place with a fantastic location close to everything you would want to see in Savannah. We enjoyed looking out the windows and people watching. Something to keep in mind for those who are very light sleepers is that the street that the windows overlook is very busy and the building was built in 1860 so you can hear many noises coming from outside.
