Security Measures: For your safety and peace of mind, a security camera is installed at the front of the home. This is to provide accurate documentation in case of any outdoor incidents.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Any violation of the house rules will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund.

Bathroom Etiquette: Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Avoid placing miscellaneous items in the toilet to prevent clogs.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas.

Pet-Free Environment: To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we do not allow any pets on the premises.

Late Check-Out: A fee of $75 will be charged for late check-outs past 10 AM without prior consent.

Excessive Guests: A fee of $50 per additional guest will be charged for exceeding the maximum occupancy stated in your reservation.

Stolen Towels: A penalty of $10 per stolen towel will be charged.

Noise Disturbance: No loud noise is permitted after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
