“We stayed at this property in September and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The place initially looked fine, but after the first night we both woke up with multiple bites. Based on prior travel experience, we suspected bed bugs and immediately notified the host, providing photos as requested. To avoid the bedroom, we tried sleeping on the pull-out sofa the next night, but it was broken and extremely uncomfortable — so much so that we cut our stay short and left at 5am.We also...
