“I highly recommend The Trogon Lodge. The staff at the reception desk, the restaurant and the bar/café were super kind and helpful. The new manager is doing a great job. Delicious food: sopa azteca, sauteed trout with veggies, chicken stew, egg omelettes, for example. The trout could not be fresher since the hotel has its own trout ponds. “Kind staff, comfortable beds and well equipped cabins. Trails within the hotel offer a nice hike in the forest an through coffee plantations. Great option for a weekend or short stay in Copey.”
