This home features two full living rooms will all new sofas and chairs with views of the golf course. There is a new upscale kitchen with all brand new GE Cafe appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker and the kitchen is fully outfitted with a variety of glassware, dishes, utensils and cookware for any need you may have.
There are 4 full bedrooms with 3 new king size beds and 1 new queen size bed. The 3 newly renovated full bathrooms feature 2 walk-in glass showers and a large soaking tub and a shower tub. Please be aware there is no street parking due to the house being on a two lane county road in Savoy ,however, the driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars and up to 6 if parked close together.
