“This room type, Peaceful Ocean View King Room with Balcony, was AS ADVERTISED! Upon entering the room, we were greeted with calming soundscape and essential oils emitting from a diffuser. I felt as if I had walked into a spa and was all for it. The ocean view was also amazing and what I needed.
Second to the wonderful accommodations was the staff. EVERYONE was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Especially, Tyson!
The location and amenities were convenient and perfect.

“Some of the best customer service we have ever had at a hotel, from every single person who works there. Beautiful room that was practically on top of the water, beautiful beach, and great restaurants. ”
“Casa Laguna is a magical place. The staff is incredible and it feels like a cozy and historic family home, but elevated. The first night I was there I was feeling asthmatic and they brought me an air purifier the second I asked. Great service, right near a free trolley stop, and we loved the breakfast included too. ”

“Has an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was exquisite and exceeded expectations. Got a room upgrade and the large room with full on ocean view was incredible. Large balcony beautifully furnished. Gorgeous room with sitting space and the bathroom has the most fabulous bathtub. Separate walk in shower, WC and double vanity in a large space was really a standout. Even better than the four seasons hotels we have stayed at.
