“A very warm and welcoming house. The sound of the rippling waters was wonderful to sit and listen and watch. Also being able to walk and catch a trout! The house was clean and well presented, everything you want for a comfortable stay and we were very cosy. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Our two labs loved the river and the property as well and we hope to come back again.”

House is a good setup with two separate toilets and two showers and four basins in separate bathrooms. Newly renovated bathrooms and toilets. However rest of house was cosy, if a little outdated. Two levels with bedroom at the top. Stairs maybe ann issue for mobility. Owner’s communication was excellent and things like extra set of keys and hot water unit fault was easy fix and...

“Beautiful position amongst the trees in Sawmill Settlement. The house is a really cool design and build and bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked with utensils and kitchen equipment. I meant to leave a note for the owner that it appears queen bed in room without the ensuite may have broken slats on the bed as the couple in that bed said they kept falling into gap so might be worth checking. Would be lovely base for hiking too.”
