“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best...

“Loved the romantic room as the size was amazing. A quiet location with stunning views and we loved sitting there with a cuppa and relaxing. Easy parking. Bed was comfy. Clean bathroom. We appreciated the friendly reception and close walking distance to the park and ride. This made it an excellent location. ”

“The hotel is very well located respect the railway station and it’s a very well designed with all the amenities, such as gym, swimming pool, the only black spot is the accuracy for cleaning. Fingerprints on the mirror and the shower cabin and other minor details. Staff at the reception and at the bar very kind and customer oriented”

“Warm, friendly welcome from owner Anel who went out of his way to cater for my allergy. Very tidy and well-appointed. Comfortable lodging. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, choosing to find a cafe later in the old town. Great location. Despite being by the road, my room was quiet. ”
