“We stayed there for a long weekend. We were 8 people in four rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from Cuenca’s main attractions. The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to please us. They were truly outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.”
