“The room and the cleanliness were great. The person who was supposed to cook the hot portion of breakfast didn’t show and the staff disappeared so they didn’t even explain what had happened.
I would use this hotel chain again. It seems all businesses are plagued by poor employees now”

“I stayed here for a conference being held at another hotel, and choosing this location was absolutely the right move. It was only about 8 minutes away and saved me over $100 compared to the conference hotel — and honestly, I think I got the better experience.
The vibe of the place is fun and modern. I loved the booth-style seating in the room, and the wallpaper was unusual in the best way — it fit the theme perfectly. Everything was super clean, easy to navigate, and felt fresh.

“we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked.
