“First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.”

“We always have a good stay here. We appreciate the kitchenette in the rooms. Don't expect more than basic coffee in the breakfast room though. This time the room carpet needed a deep clean or replacement.”

“The room was clean. The elevator was not. Breakfast was so so. Egg type omelet wasn't the greatest. Sausage over tasteless. Good English muffin. Coffee was good. The wood trim in the bathroom could be replaced. The bathtub could use a safety mat as it was slippery when the soap in the dispenser was used. Good location. Quiet room/hallways and efficient heating system.”

“It was quiet, beds were comfy, room was clean. The breakfast was good. Main issue was the pool hours changed day to day and the pool was half the reason I chose this hotel for my family. Sometimes closed at 4, sometimes at 8 and was only a sign at the front desk. So unless you went to the front desk you dont know the pool hrs. Never experienced that before.”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...

“Room was gross. Dated and patched over damage everywhere. Stained bedding. Visibly dirty walls. Cigarette burn in duvet. Floor not swept and sticky. Worst of all incredibly noisy foot traffic above our room. Started at 4 am and went steady until 8 am. Brutal. Absolutely awful. Recommend to stay anywhere else. ”

“Great Hotel! They are undergoing a refresh but only have the 1st floor left. Our room was already redone and what a great room! Awesome staff, great breakfast, great location. Will stay here again and again!”
