“Hotel staff were great & so accomodating! Breakfast had all the options we were looking for. Nice also to have a restaurant on the property. Would definitely go back.”

“Good Breakfast”

“The TV remote is run by solar. It didn’t work very well. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. Was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. Would stay there again.”

“Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!”

“Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay.”

“Clean room, Older building, Staff was accommodating when discovered room smelled cigarette odor. Gave us another room.”

“Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Toilet in room wouldn’t stop running. Had troubles with the TV in our room, called the front desk and she said she’d be right up but never showed up. After messing with cords and the tv we got it figured out. Shampoo in room empty. Towels at pool were out, we and another guest told the front desk three times, no towels ever showed. It really is a nice place overall just just a few unfortunate issues that stood out.”

“The faucet in the shower didn’t work correctly. Couldn’t get it completely turned off.”

“The beds are old and hard. Didnt sleep well. Still a good hotel besides that. ”

“We had an awesome stay! Great location, close to coffee spot, breweries, Canal Park and more! Check-in was easy and communication was great!”

“For the most part it seemed clean, but there was a wash cloth left in our shower. Customer service was okay. Breakfast was too chaotic. Too small of an area. The one thing my child wanted was out when we got there.”
