“Lovely stay! Staff extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Property was clean. Lovely breakfast for ‘continental’. We had a loft room which was extremely warm during the heatwave. Luckily we didn’t bring the dogs as it would have been too warm for them despite providing a fan. This was the only down fall, luckily we didn’t go in the peak heat and it wouldn’t put us off going again.”

“The room, whilst small was clean and comfortable. The issue we had was with a lack of parking. At the time of booking the hotel was described as having parking available. It did not mention that it was in short supply. On arrival the hotel car park was full along with all available street parking. We had to park on double yellow lines using our blue badge until a street parking space became available. We could not access the hotel car park until the following day. “We’ve had a lovely stay with Raincliffe. Very welcoming hosts, happy to chat and share useful information. We had a really comfortable stay in a lovely room, with a much needed fan! Excellent coffee and breakfast. Would highly recommend. We booked a concert at the Open Air Theatre and walked there and back. Thank you for hosting, we had a great weekend.”
