“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

“The owners and the staff were outstanding. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They served us breakfast early because we had day trips planned and were extremely accommodating in every aspect. “Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice space and the fridge has a good freezer. Parking was great, close to the room and well lit Front desk clerks were nice and helpful. My only suggestion is maybe get some peanut butter packet for the toast and bagels😬”

“Very nice room with easy access from parking. Park very large. Quit place in a cozy zone. Negative point is the breakfast with poor food and missing assistance by hotel's personnel.”

Colazione preparata la mattina dalla proprietaria con ottimi piatti e frutta e il profumo dei dolci in forno che invade la sala della colazione.
