“Had a wonderful stay at Gauge House. The hotel was incredibly relaxing, the breakfast was phenomenal, and my room was quiet and very comfortable. The river right behind the room made it even more special. Such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Happy hour with their wine and sake selection was also a lot of fun. Definitely a great experience!”

“The hot tubs and pool area looks a bit tired but the water is hot, the jets work and the mud baths are heavenly. We appreciated that the prooerty was quiet and the staff very helpful. Easy walk to the main street with lots of eateries and supermarket. Calistoga is lovely and we came away rested and happy.”

“The hotel staff refused to allow stay do to a no-locals policy after arriving. The front desk staff were not helpful, and refused to allow me to speak with the manager. I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. Despite my he hotel staff claiming to request a refund through Expedia, Expdia had no evidence of the hotel staff requesting a refund.
I found the hotel staff/ management to be extremely poor customer facing,...
