“As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it! ”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Naja was soll ich sagen, Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte. Vom ersten Eindruck war ich überzeugt, dass ich ein gutes Hotel ausgesucht hatte, auch das Zimmer war vom ersten Eindruck her gut. Dieser Eindruck verfolg aber schnell, als der Lampenschirm der Bettlampe abfiel, sich die Fenster nicht wirklich verdunkeln ließen, der Fußboden im Bad sich ablöste, eine Schraube aus dem Fußboden heraus ragt. Soviel zum Zimmer, als ich an die Rezeption wollte um mit jemandem zu sprechen, war diese...
