Three well-laid-out rooms, 2nd floor with elevator, right on the beach, simple and somewhat older furnishings (hence the low price). Perfect for a family with children.

You must bring your own towels and bed linens.
You are responsible for the final cleaning. I do not check the cleaning every time. Unfortunately, this sometimes means the cleaning isn’t quite as thorough as it could be.

I’m offering the apartment at such a low price because, for personal reasons, I currently don’t have the time to manage it more closely.

However, many families are very grateful that this gives them the opportunity to rent such a large apartment right on the beach, since it would normally be nearly unaffordable.
