Welcome to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.
The apartment is located in the heart of Scharbeutz; the town center, with its many shops and restaurants, is right on your doorstep.

The cozy and modernly furnished two-room “White Sand” apartment offers 46 m² of space for 2–3 people; it is located on the mezzanine level and features a beautiful southwest-facing balcony overlooking the spa gardens.

The living and sleeping area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, cable/satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, a CD player, and a cozy dining area.
The open-concept kitchenette features a mini-oven and a 4-burner stove.

The apartment also includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 cm), height 50 cm, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe.
The shower room with toilet rounds out the amenities. The apartment has laminate flooring and is suitable for people with allergies.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.
This is a non-smoking apartment! One dog is welcome!

A parking space next to the building and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional service for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
In addition, the basement features a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.



This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.
On the first floor, you’ll find a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–Dec. 15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and game room with a table tennis table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
