  • Just 200 meters from the beach lies this beautiful vacation home at Eichenweg 10. The house is located in a quiet, idyllic setting and invites guests to relax and enjoy their vacation.
    In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the town center with its cozy restaurants, charming boutiques, and cafes. From the cozy two-room apartments, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea. One underground parking space is available for each car.

    Welcome to the townhouse on Eichenweg

    This cozy 2-room apartment for 2 people in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor of a townhouse with a south-facing balcony. From here, you can relax and take in the view of the Baltic Sea.
    The spacious living area features a comfortable seating area, TV, Wi-Fi, radio, a desk, and a dining area for two people.
    The built-in country-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a fridge-freezer. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm). The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. A parking space is available in the underground garage (not suitable for SUVs or wider cars!). Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.
