Baltic Sea. The “Strandvilla Augustusbad,” where the vacation apartment is located, was completed in 2016. Its classic architecture and modern amenities make the Strandvilla a premier destination in Scharbeutz.

Particularly discerning guests will appreciate this very special vacation rental. The apartment has been furnished with great care and taste. The result is an apartment with a genuine “beach vibe”—authentic and stylish. The apartment is furnished primarily with high-quality designer furniture from Flamant, Riviera Maison, and Gervasoni.

Beach chair included during the season

On the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, a beach chair is available to you free of charge during the beach chair season, weather permitting, from May 15 to September 15.
Living Space

The apartment features a living and kitchen area as well as two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers and real-glass shower enclosures. The utility room houses practical appliances (e.g., a washing machine). In the living area, the comfortable Hussensofa and two leather armchairs in a rugged vintage style invite you to relax. The TV with a PS4 in the living room is discreetly housed in the TV cabinet. The solid-wood dining table blends harmoniously into the living area and serves as a bridge between the cozy living space and the modern, minimalist, handle-free kitchen, which is well-equipped even for amateur chefs.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (160 x 200) and an LED TV. The built-in closets offer plenty of storage space, and the built-in safe provides security for your precious valuables that you bring along on vacation. Electric roller shutters ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Underfloor heating also creates a wonderful, cozy atmosphere for guests.
On the two outdoor terraces, furnished with beautiful garden furniture, you can fully enjoy the sun in the mornings, afternoons, and early evenings… what could be better on vacation?!

Entertainment

For evening entertainment, three LED TVs and a Blu-ray player are available, inviting you to enjoy cozy evenings watching TV. Wi-Fi access and a stereo system with an iPod connection are also part of the entertainment package.
