The living-dining area is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a modern dining area for 4 people.

The living area features a cozy sofa corner and a TV. The third guest can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed, which measures 1.20 m x 1.80 m.

The bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping area of 1.80 x 2.00 (separate mattresses) and a spacious closet.

The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, also includes a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. The terrace is furnished with seating; here you can relax not only in the evening with a glass of wine. A parking space is available right next to the house. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
