Apartment Anna No. 1 and Apartment Henriette No. 3 <br>Near the sea—accommodates up to 6 people!<br><br>These two apartments in Scharbeutz can be booked together as a 3-room apartment for up to 6 people. <br>You can also book these apartments separately as 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments. The apartments are connected by a double, lockable door. <br><br>Description of Apartment Anna No. 1: This light-filled 1-room apartment features a cozy sitting area located in the sunroom, which opens directly onto the terrace. The living and sleeping area features fresh shades of light blue and white. A comfortable TV armchair with a footstool is located in the living area. Additionally, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player—and, of course, Wi-Fi.<br>A dining area for 2 people is included.<br>The bright kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and small convection oven, has everything you need for relaxed cooking.<br>You’ll sleep soundly at night in the comfortable built-in double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A wardrobe is also provided.<br>The well-lit bathroom is quite simple in design and features a shower.<br><br>Description of Apartment Henriette No. 3: <br>This colorful two-room apartment consists of a light-filled living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a TV armchair with a footstool, and a built-in dining area for four people—the perfect setting to unwind. The flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, as well as a stereo system with a CD player and, of course, Wi-Fi, all contribute to this.<br>The kitchenette is separated by a counter and open to the dining area, so that cooking together can be combined with pleasant conversation. The kitchen offers every convenience, including a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. In addition to a toaster and a kettle, a filter coffee maker is also available.<br>The bright bedroom, decorated in fresh green tones and featuring a charming quote, offers plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. The comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the large wardrobe, and the meticulously detailed furnishings all contribute to this.<br>The spacious and modern bathroom features a shower as well as a very wide and well-lit mirror.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for use with coins.<br><br>You can wind down your evenings on the beautiful terrace, basking in the evening sun.<br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are welcome!<br>Two outdoor parking spaces are available for your use.<br><br>The distance to the beach is 30 meters.<br><br>There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property. The newly redesigned spa promenade, with its boutiques and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. A mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>Coin-operated washers and dryers, a bike storage room, and parking spaces are located within or adjacent to the residential complex.
