“Avoid this Hyatt during holiday weekends. The hotel management was a complete disaster and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM, but it took nearly two hours before we got our room keys.
Traffic in front of the hotel was completely backed up. Our car sat in line for about an hour just to reach valet parking. The valet operation was clearly understaffed and unable to handle the number of arriving guests. After finally...
