Hotel con bar a Schist Villages

“The hotel is trying to do its best to serve its guest during the Covid-19 pandemic. The services remain active and the facilities operates under social distancing regulations. The rooms are great, bed is cozy and the bathroom is large and well equipped. I would suggest to add a kettle to the rooms to boil water for tea/coffee...but you can ask one for free. Perfect choice if you are in the region. ”

“+ Erholsame Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht. Bei einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich aber einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet.”

Desde a simpatia das meninas da receção até à atenção do pessoal do pequeno-almoço e do restaurante Vista – Serra da Estrela, que, por coincidência feliz, reabria precisamente no dia da minha estadia. A única ressalva é a ausência de opções de comida fora dos horários habituais. Num sábado de verão, com calor intenso, o bar da piscina abriu apenas às 15h30 e encerrou às 17h20, deixando mais de 30 hóspedes na área de lazer sem...

“The staff were so friendly and kind to our dog as well. We normally stop in the area on the way down to Portugal which we visit frequently. We will definitely be staying again. Good walks from the hotel along the river and very central location so access to facilities, restaurants etc. Free parking too.”
