“Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

“Staff was all helpful and kind for the most part. Their spa I would not recommend at all. Had a horrible first time experience at a couples massage. Was asked at the beginning of massage if there were problem areas to focus on. I told my therapist my forearms. When I brought up at the end of my massage that my forearms were in pain (because they had not been touched and I didn’t want to be rude) her response was “well I guess you need to get more massages”. The woman my girlfriend had was nice...

“Not impressed with hotel. My door to my room didn’t lock right .When lock door to go it . Didn’t need unlock it just push it and open . There ants in bathroom. Hallways were cold . No extra blankets if needed . ”

“Hot tub handle needed pliers to run it, full of foam when running.. pool was not heated n freezing”

“The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well! The one thing we didnt like was the pool. It was cloudy, like it hadnt been cleaned for a while. It was not very warm either.”
