"Bad experience. Room and especially the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Visible urine on the toilet seat, garbage in the bin and odor from shower drain pipe. Room had not been cleaned under furniture and desk lamp was broken. I assume we had bad luck as the overall reviews did not seem to be as bad as our experience. "

"Un ottima esperienza all'Hotel Imperial. Il checkin é stato molto rapido ed efficace. Ottimo il parcheggio, ci sono posti auto a fianco e al piano interrato. Le tariffe sono più basse rispetto agli altri Hotel della zona ma il servizio non é da meno. Camera di buone dimensioni, letti molto comodi. Bagno pulito e funzionale. Tornerò sicuramente. Ottimi i negozi che ci sono nei dintorni, specialmente il megastore per motociclisti e il negozio di prodotti alimentari bio."
