Vacanze Schöneberg

hotel in ottima posizione, tranquillo e pulito. migliorabile la colazione, ma nel complesso buona

Posizione vicinissima alla fiera, personale molto efficiente e cordiale

I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. Thank you for your time and attention. Kind regards, Irina Marchi
