"La struttura è eccellente, le camere son o confortevoli e pulite. Il personale sia alla reception che al ristorante è gentilissimo. Ho trovato il ristorante (cinese) di ottima qualità e la colazione ugualmente ottima. L'albergo è di fronte alla stazione centrale ed è quindi in ottima posizione d'appunto di vista dei trasporti. Un unico problema, che non dipende dall'albergo, è che la zona è frequentata da drogati, che non sono assolutamente pericolosi ma certo non gradevoli da vedere."

"Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Francoforte e ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. La struttura non si trova in una zona centrale, ma è situata nell’area della fiera ed è comunque ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Il centro città è inoltre raggiungibile anche a piedi, con una passeggiata di circa 25 minuti. Nei dintorni dell’hotel si trovano alcuni servizi utili. A circa 10 minuti a piedi c’è un centro commerciale all’interno del quale si trova un supermercato, oltre ad alcuni ristoranti, comodi per mangiare senza doversi spostare troppo. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al personale, davvero gentile, disponibile e professionale. L’accoglienza è stata ottima e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutare, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Hotel consigliato!"

"Sono arrivata alle 6:30 di mattina dopo un lungo viaggio con FlixBus da Milano è ho trovato il Receptionist molto gentile è disponibile. La camera singola è molto carina è pulita. Sicuramente ritornero."

"It was difficult to get the staff over the phone/email from Italy for a question at the beginning before my arrival. I thank Expedia that intervened for coordination. The facility is nice, well designed, clean, the breakfast ok, although I would prefer some fish option, but it is rich of meat and also fresh pan cake by machine. The room is big enough and clean, and the lobby is well equipped. One suggestion is that the room 916 is close to the roomservice, which while closing/opening, leaves some noises. And before arriving the room, the doors after lift are heavy to open and I found them useless. I especially thank the hotel personnel that assisted me on handing over a package to DHL service point while I already left Germany. Without them, this might have caused me a problem. Thank you so much for your help. Next time that I pass Frankfurt again, for EUROBIKE or not, Melia Frankfurt City will be my choice in the city. Hope to visit Germany soon. Again, thank you very much for the help."

"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays.
